- Remove the one screw securing the back cover.
- Pry off the cover using a finger.
- This device was missing its screws on the back cover when we received the device. As a result, we do not know what head type the screws are, along with their lengths.

Step 4
- Push the clips outwards using two fingers.
- Lift the RAM to remove it from the slot.
- Repeat step 4 for the second RAM slot.
