  • Gently pry the back hinge cover piece away from the device.

  • Disconnect the speaker cable from the motherboard.

  • Remove the four screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.
  • Remove the speaker from the device.
  • One of the screws may be hidden underneath the barcode sticker.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
