Introduction

This is not a cure all solution but it will aid in the speed at which the device can navigate through its programmes.

What you need

Step 1

              RAM               
  • Flip the device over so that the bottom of the computer is easily accessible.
  • Using the Phillips size 0 head screwdriver, remove both 3.6mm. screws on the back plate located on the bottom left portion of the back of the laptop.

Step 2

  • Lift up and remove the back plate from the device.

Step 3

  • Gently pry apart the two white clips, that are holding in the RAM cards in, outwards.

Step 4

  • Lift then gently pull out the RAM card.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
