              Screen               

• With the screen closed, place your laptop upside-down with the front facing you.
• Remove the five black 80mm Phillips #0 screws.
• Remove the four black 50mm Phillips #0 screws.

Step 2

• Use a metal spudger to pry the bottom panel open.
• Be gentle around the edges.
• Lift the back panel to expose the inside of the laptop.

• Use a metal spudger to remove the clear screen protector from its backing.
• Apply ample force along the bottom of the screen protector.

• Using a Phillips #0 screwdriver, remove the four 2mm silver screws located at each of the four corners of the screen.

Step 5

• Gently lift the screen up and over.
• Use tweezers to remove the EX2 LVDS connector cable that connects the screen and the laptop.
• Remove the screen.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
