              RAM               

• Hold the laptop upright with both hands.

• Locate and remove the 12 mm screws at the base of the laptop.
• Slide downward to remove the base of the laptop, revealing the RAM.

• Locate the RAM as shown in the image.

Step 4

• Push the silver retaining brackets outwards to free the RAM stick(s).

• Pull the RAM outwards after the RAM is lifted to remove the RAM.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
