A window pops up on the screen saying the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.
When the error messages appears, you can check for driver corruption. Access your device manager by pressing Windows+R and enter in devmgmt.msc. Right click on the device drive and press uninstall. Once uninstalled, restart your laptop and it should automatically reinstall your drive.
If the error message still appears, you may need to replace your I/O board. Replace the board with this [invalid guide link].
The laptop does not connect to the Internet or has poor WiFi connections.
If the laptop cannot connect, open start and type network troubleshooting. Follow the steps in the troubleshooter for identifying the problem. Once the troubleshooter identifies the problem it will fix it or tell you how to fix the issue.
If the laptop still is not connecting to internet, it is possible that the WiFi wireless card is faulty and needs to be replaced. Replace the wireless card with this guide.
Your touch pad does not move the cursor or cursor jumps erratically.
If the touch pad is not enabled, go to the Windows settings and Devices. Click on Additional Settings and check enable touch pad.
If the touch pad is worn out, replace it.
