- Remove eleven 7mm Phillips #00 screws that secure the back cover.
- Two screws are under the rubber pad.

- Using a spudger, carefully remove the back cover.

Battery
- Remove the six 3mm Phillips #00 screws holding the battery in place.

- Disconnect the battery wires from the motherboard by pulling on the black tab using a spudger or your hands.

- Carefully lift the battery up and out of the laptop.

Solid State Drive
- Remove the two 3mm Phillips screws from the solid state drive.
- The SSD will rotate upwards.

- Grip the SSD and pull gently away from the connection port to remove it.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

I’m curious… I just bought one of these, and after opening it up I only see 1 ram slot just like in your pictures. I can see I have 1 stick of 4gb installed, but task manager shows I’ve got 6gb installed soooo where’s the other RAM slot!? there’s another 2gb stick somewhere and I’d love to upgrade! Thanks!
