“My laptop won’t turn on”
If your laptop does not turn on, it may not be charged.
If you cannot see the screen, the brightness might be low
If you cannot turn the laptop on, the board may not be connected properly
“My trackpad is unresponsive”
If your trackpad is not responding, you may have accidently disabled it
If your trackpad is not working properly, it may have to be recalibrated
If the above solutions did not fix the problem, then the trackpad may be defective and may need to be replaced
“My ‘L’ key won’t work”
If your keys are not functioning properly, the wires may not be connected to the motherboard correctly
If your keys are not functioning properly, use a keyboard air duster to remove particles from beneath the surface
“I can’t hear the music out of my laptop”
If you cannot hear any sounds, you may have accidentally muted the speakers
Sometimes dirty speakers have problems producing sounds so clean them to get rid of any problems
