Introduction

The Wi-Fi card is responsible for allowing the computer to connect to the internet. If the Wi-Fi card has issues, the computer will not be able to recognize any local Wi-Fi networks.

Before following this guide, make sure to check your other devices to make sure that the Wi-Fi itself is not the issue. Also, make sure to check for wireless driver updates. If there are any updates, make sure to install them.

Before you proceed, make sure to power the computer all the way down and disconnect the charging cable.
