- Using the T5 Torx screwdriver, remove the ten screws under the computer.
- Gently remove the back cover from the device.

- Using the Phillips #00 screwdriver, remove the four screws along the battery.

- Disconnect the ribbon cable by pushing upwards on the ZIF connector.

- Disconnect and remove the battery from the device.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
For optimal performance, after completing this guide, calibrate your newly installed battery.
Take your e-waste to an R2 or e-Stewards certified recycler.
