What you need

Back Panel
- Remove five 9.5 mm Phillips #1 screws from the back panel of the phone.

- Slide the metal spudger into the crack and continue around to the front panel of the phone.
- Be careful not to break the clips that hold the back panel to the front panel.

- When setting the back panel down, be careful to not rip any of the wires off of the internal components.

Speakerphone
- Remove the front panel of the device as shown.

- Desolder the speakerphone with a soldering iron.
- If you are unfamiliar with solder, check out the article on soldering and be very careful. The iron is hot!

- Use the soldering iron to reconnect the wires to the new speaker.
- Place the new speaker back in place.
- Make sure that all of the components are back in place.

Why do all these repairs require NO PARTS to replace defective parts?
And, of course< there is no links to a place to purchase the needed parts…
