Step 2

              Loosen Housing
  • Loosen the 8 T5 screws, and set them aside.
  • The upper shell / front of the housing consists of filigree bars around the keypad, so special care is required here. In my case, some of these were already broken.
  • Move the opening pick / spudger around the case, lifting off the tabs (orange) with a flat screwdriver. This is done through the corresponding openings in the middle part of the housing (green).

Step 3

              PCB removal
  • The circuit board can then be easily removed together with the keypad.
  • Replace the parts to be repaired and screw them back together.

Step 4

              Speaker and Display Window
  • Loudspeaker (yellow) and screen protector (green) are glued on and can be easily lifted out with a flat screwdriver.
  • A transparent piece of plastic (light blue), which was probably used to align the loudspeaker, was no longer needed, nor was I able to take over the piece of fabric (red) in front of the loudspeaker.
  • The keypad got hooked in a few places, so I had to rework the associated openings with a file.

Step 5

              Assembly
  • Put everything back together in reverse order - make sure that the buttons do not get stuck.

Viel Erfolg!

Hallöle, kannst du die 3D zur Verfügung stellen.
