What you need

              Speaker               
  • Wedge plastic spudger in between the back panel and the speaker of the device.

  • Gently pry out the speaker from the back panel using the plastic spudger.

Step 3

  • Heat solder and apply to the wires where they attach to the motherboard. This will disconnect the wires from the motherboard.
  • The wires should still be attached to the speaker.

Step 4

  • Take the speaker and wires that are attached out of the device and insert a new speaker by soldering the wires to the motherboard.

To reassemble your device, snap back piece back on to device and secure both 2cm screws at the bottom.
