What you need

Step 1

              Loosen housing screw at rear-bottom               
  • Remove the screw at the bottom of the housing with a Phillips-head screwdriver.

              Loosen rear upper housing screw               
  • The upper housing screws are covered by the size adjustment. This must first be set to high via the adjustment wheel on the front.

              Loosen circuit board and setting wheel               
  • Remove the upper housing cover. The one below cannot be removed yet. The frame for the attachments must be removed first. This can be done more easily by loosening the adjusting wheel and the small circuit board.

Step 4

              Loosen the adjusting wheel from the attachment frame               
  • The adjusting wheel is connected to the frame of the cutting attachments. This can be loosened with the fingers without tools when the wheel is removed.

Step 5

              Intermediary step               
  • The picture also shows once again the connection between the attachment frame and the setting wheel.
  • Now the hair clipper should be disassembled as shown in the picture.

  • Loosen the screws of the motor
  • Remove the motor from the housing

  • The batteries can now be soldered to the board.
  • New batteries can be found here.

Hallo Krauss,

nein du musst nur die 3 Schrauben auf der Rückseite lösen. Eine unten und die zwei unter der Größenjustierung. Sind die Schrauben alle richtig raus? Bei mir hing eine drinne fest. Vielleicht am Stellrad etwas drehen, die Größenjustierung ist das fummligste an der Sache.

Super danke für die Info, habe einfach etwas fester dran gezogen, und am weißen Stellrad gedreht (gewackelt) jetzt ist’s offen!
