Air and O2 Blender
- Remove the ribbon cable at the connection on the oxygen blender control board.

- Mark the plastic hoses attached to the oxygen blender (so you can put them back on the same way) and then remove.

- The air/oxygen blender has two screws close to the control board. Remove them and remove the unit.

- Remove the pneumatic and electrical connections labeled.

- Remove the water trap bowls on the rear of the unit.

- Remove the four screws and remove the manifold.

- Remove the two screws holding the power supply to the manifold.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. Calibrate and test the system to see if the replacement was successful
