Introduction
What you need
Step 1
Remove the caps on the headband
- Use a spudger or prying tool to remove the cap on both sides of the headband by applying pressure where the cap meets the band. Next, you will need a Phillips head #00 screwdriver to remove the screws and washer. Twist the screwdriver into the screw and pull it apart from the washer when it becomes loose.

Step 2
Separate the ear cuff from the headband.
- Begin by pulling the two parts of the headband away from each other slowly and make sure not to break any wires. The wires will now slide free of the headband.

Started to disassemble my Mixr. After removing the covers I found the screws not so easy to remove as stated. For one, they must have used lock tite. In addition the nut and screw are so tight a screw driver will not work. Mine has spanner type nuts. I need to find a wrench that will fit.
Has anyone ran into this.

Did you figure out how to get the screws out without breaking?
