  • Use a nylon or metal spudger to carefully remove the ear pad from the right ear cup.
  • Be careful to not rip the ear pad fabric with your tools.

  • Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the seven screws that hold the speaker in place.
  • There are two screws in the big red circle at the bottom.

Step 3

  • Desolder all wires connecting the circuit panel to the rest of the device.
  • There are two wires in the big red circle at the bottom and one in the small red circle above.

Step 4

  • After you desolder all wires you are able to remove and replace the charging port.
