• Use a nylon or metal spudger to carefully remove the ear pad from the ear cup.
• Take care to not rip the ear pad fabric with your tools.

• Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the five screws that hold the speaker in place.

• De-solder wires connecting the circuit panel to the rest of the device.

• Solder wires onto the new circuit panel.
