Introduction
Check that the belt is tight every fortnight (15 days of operation). For tightening the belt follow this procedure.

REMOVING OF BELT OUT SIDE
- First you want to loose the screw from the belt holder with the help of a allen key by rotating it in anti clockwise direction as shown in figure.
- Pull the belt out of the belt holder after loosing the screw.

FOR TIGHTENING THE BELT
- Increase the number of belt teeth on the smaller side of the belt,
- NOTE: Make sure that the belt moves through all the pulley and has not slipped of any of them
- Insert and push the belt back into the belt holder.

TIGHTNING OF BELT SCREW
- Rotate the screw in clockwise direction to tight the belt with the help of a allen key.
- At the time of tightening the belt, hold the end of the belt part, for not slipping, while tightening.
- Check the belt Stringing of the belt,whether it is tight or not.
