Introduction

Check that the belt is tight every fortnight (15 days of operation). For tightening the belt follow this procedure.

Step 1

              REMOVING OF BELT OUT SIDE               
  • First you want to loose the screw from the belt holder with the help of a allen key by rotating it in anti clockwise direction as shown in figure.
  • Pull the belt out of the belt holder after loosing the screw.

Step 2

              FOR TIGHTENING THE BELT               
  • Increase the number of belt teeth on the smaller side of the belt,
  • NOTE: Make sure that the belt moves through all the pulley and has not slipped of any of them
  • Insert and push the belt back into the belt holder.

Step 3

              TIGHTNING OF BELT SCREW               
  • Rotate the screw in clockwise direction to tight the belt with the help of a allen key.
  • At the time of tightening the belt, hold the end of the belt part, for not slipping, while tightening.
  • Check the belt Stringing of the belt,whether it is tight or not.
