Close the blade and turn the knife to the side that has the belt clip

Remove screws
- Use a T6 bit to remove the two screws holding the belt clip.

Remove T6 Screws
- Use the T6 bit to remove the four screws holding the handle in place.

Turn the knife over
- Turn the knife over and remove one T6 screw.

Remove the T8 screw
- Turn the knife over and remove the T8 screw that is going through the hinge.

Remove the handle
- Once you’ve removed the screw, you can remove the handle.

Drive pin out of the other handle
- Using the T6 bit, drive the hinge pin out of the other handle.

Remove the other handle
- Once you’ve done this you can remove the other handle.

Slide the blade out of the frame
- Be sure to keep both brass washers. Sometimes they will stick to the frame or the blade.

Sand both sides of copper
- Using 600 grit sandpaper and a flat surface, rub both sides of the copper washers until there is new material showing.

Reverse process to re assemble
