- Use a #2 flat head screwdriver to remove the five screws from the body of the Magneto.

- Locate the spark plug lead.
- Use Milbar snap ring pliers to remove the snap ring.
- The snap ring can be difficult to remove. Make sure the pliers go into the holes of the snap ring.
- Wear safety goggles when removing the snap ring. The snap ring can shoot out on accident.
