Battery
- Obtain a new battery pack from the Bissell store or by contacting support if your device is still under warranty.

- Turn the power switch to the OFF position.
- Gently turn the unit over.

- Press on the 2 circles of the battery cover.
- Slide the battery cover toward you.
- Remove the old battery
- Do not remove the plastic sleeve from the battery pack.

Do not remove the plastic sleeve from the battery pack.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
