  • Make sure your device is powered off.

  • Gently flip device over.

  • Remove plastic plate cover to reveal brush roller.

Step 4

  • Remove brush roller from its slots on either side.
  • Apply pressure to one side and pull the roller out of its opposite slot.
  • It’s like taking out a spring loaded toilet paper holder.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

What if mine don’t feel spring loaded and the brushe seems like it was just wants to fall out

Same issue with mine. Took it apart and found that the side with spring loaded holder was broken.

I am having the same issue it’s like a part is missing for the pin side not the square sides to hold the brush roll in place.
