Drill is unresponsive when the trigger is pressed.

Cords can sometimes begin to fray and tangling can ruin the wiring inside. If your cord looks to be damaged, this is probably the issue. You can fix this by replacing the cord itself using this easy guide: Cord Replacement

Plug into electrical outlet, without doing so, no power will be supplied to the drill. This device is not a battery operated drill and must be plugged in for use. If there are no power outlets around, you may want to use an extension cord.

There is a chance that your electrical outlet is unreliable for various reasons such as a worn outlet, wiring issues or perhaps a tripped breaker. Try to look for an alternative power source.

The trigger will not move when pressed or released.

Springs are made with a thin metal that can become weak over time, if this occurs then a trigger replacement will be your best option using this guide: Trigger Replacement

After all your hard work, you may get debris stuck in the moveable parts of your drill, specifically the trigger. If debris is preventing your trigger from compressing, it may be necessary to disassemble the drill and remove debris. If this also fails, you may want to replace the trigger using this guide: Trigger Replacement

After switching the direction of torque, there is a chance it may be stuck in a neutral position. If this occurs, the drill will not allow trigger compression. Be sure to confirm the switch is in a fully locked position either to torque in a counterclockwise or clockwise fashion.

The chuck will not spin when trying to insert or remove a bit.

After using your drill for a long duration of time and in different weather conditions, the chuck gears may begin to dry out, rust, or wear out. If this occurs you will not be able to synch down on or release a bit. Use this cleaning guide to help get your chuck back in working condition: Chuck Cleaning Tips

Be sure to keep your chuck clean. Debris can be lodged in the chuck’s bit slot. Have a clean slot for the new bit that allows proper insertion. If there is already something inside of it, you may want use this cleaning guide to help get your chuck back in working condition: Chuck Cleaning Tips

When switching drill attachments, the attachment could be only partially connected. If this is the case, the device attachment will not interact with the motor. When connecting a new attachment, make sure you hear a click, this ensures it is ready to use.

When bit is rotating slowly as you compress the trigger.

When using the drill, be sure to compress the trigger fully because it is pressure sensitive. The more the trigger is compressed, the more torque you will receive.

The drill attachment that comes with this device has multiple speeds in which you can use the drill at. For maximum torque, be sure to select the gear you would like to use by rotating the designated gear nob. The higher the gear, the faster the torque.
