The screen’s display has dead pixels, is glitching, or is visibly broken.

If the screen flickers or flashes when transitioning between apps, it may be a software issue that can be resolved with an update. Make sure your device has an internet connection, and your battery is at more than 50% charge or charging while installing. Open Settings » About the phone » Software Update » Update.

Due to physical damage or wear over time, the screen may deteriorate. In this case, you should replace the screen.

Phone will not show anything or power on and instead restarts periodically even when it is plugged in with a swapped battery.

The display is distorted or doesn’t show anything. The root cause of this could be that the motherboard is damaged. Being the brain/heart of the system, it is crucial that the motherboard stays in pristine condition. This damaged motherboard will have to be replaced.

The motherboard detects button inputs and allows basic functions to occur, water damage or through time causes the buttons to malfunction or even the motherboard itself. The buttons will have to be replaced.

The phone is not responding to keys on the keyboard.

Due to the temperature of the operating system the keyboard may be unresponsive. Allow the device to idle at room temperature, if the device is cooled and still unresponsive, you should Replace your keyboard

There may be dirt or debris causing the keyboard to be faulty. Try cleaning the keyboard and see if the key begin to be responsive. If the keyboard is still unresponsive you should Replace your keyboard

the phone will not respond despite pressing the power on button or phone is slow.

This phone’s battery has a lifespan of 2 days. After these two days you will need to recharge the phone by plugging it into a charging outlet. If the phone is unresponsive after sufficient charging, you may need to replace the phones battery.

There may be connectivity issues to internet due to the phone’s battery. Try restarting the phone. If this doesn’t work, you should replace phones battery as it may be old.

The device is unresponsive to touch; display is black.

The device may be unresponsive due to overheating of the battery.Battery overheating may be caused by the use of device accessories. You should remove the phone case from your phone and allow it to cool. Battery replacement is necessary if the device continues to be unresponsive.

There may not be a problem with the device itself, but with the charging cord. Remove the charging cord and allow the device to cool. If the device becomes responsive, the charging cord may need to be replaced.
