Oh no, there’s a black spot on part of your screen or the entire screen is black.
Usually your phone just needs a few minutes to rest. Simply hold the alt key, then also hold the right shift and delete keys until the red indicator light appears. Your phone will restart itself.

This can be a very simple repair. Try charging the phone. Turn the phone on after about half an hour of waiting. If the phone still doesn’t turn on, try replacing the battery. This is located on the back of the phone under the silver cover. Once you slide the cover off, you will see the battery. Pull the battery out and place a new one in its spot. Charge the phone and see if it turns on. Did that work?
