- The rear panel pops off easily. Grab the opening at the bottom and work your way around.

- There is NO adhesive on this device. NO ADHESIVE!!

- There’s about 7 screws here. Remove the black circle sticker to uncover a hidden screw.

- Disconnect the logic board connector near the top and left side.
- Underneath the connector on the left side, there’s two other connectors. Disconnect those.
- Remove the logic board and viola, you’re done! Easiest repair in life!! To reassemble follow this guide in reverse. Happy repairing!

Will changing the motherboard assembly change my imei. I am wondering if I need to check the imei of the new motherboard to make sure it isn’t from a flag phone before install it.
