When power button is pressed, the phone does not power on and the screen remains dark.
Take the battery out of the back of the phone and re install the battery after 10 seconds
Plug the phone into the charger for a few hours and wait. Then try to repower the phone.
Find or purchase a new cord and charging source. Plug in the phone as if you are trying to charge it and attempt to power on the phone.
Remove the battery from the phone. Purchase and install a new battery. Attempt to power on phone.
If after trying the previous steps, nothing works, you will need to replace the motherboard because it may have failed or wires have been worn down and torn.
The touch screen is unresponsive to my touch, or does not turn on at all.
Here are several possible reasons for a non-working screen, first make sure to use just your bare fingers to try and operate the screen. Wearing gloves may cause the screen to not register your touch. The temperature of your fingers or the weather outside could cause the screen to be unresponsive. Bring the phone inside and let sit for a while before trying again. If screen continues to be unresponsive a replacement may be needed.
If your screen is cracked or broken this can cause the screen to be unable to read your touch due to internally damaged components. A replacement screen may be needed.
Pictures come out blurry or foggy.
Clean off camera lens with a microfiber cloth.
Phone was left in a humid environment which would cause fog to develop in camera lenses. Put the phone in a bowl of white rice for a few hours and check process of the phone after a few hours. If the rice does not work, you will need to replace the camera
If all else fails and none of the other steps work, you will need to replace the camera.
Phone will not turn on or charge properly.
Charging port has loose pins and needs repair.
If your battery life is small and you find yourself plugging it into the charger very often. It is possible that the phone is not charging because the battery needs to be replaced.
Phone speaker will not play sound or sounds fuzzy.
Speaker may be blown or broken and need replacement.
Wires connected to the speaker may be disconnected or loose.
