Your cannot use Google Play on your phone

If there are other apps running in the background, close them and try again.

This means that the camera is no longer able to focus, and needs to be replaced.

The device won’t turn on.

If the phone doesn’t charge when a charging cable is connected, this may mean that your charging port is faulty, and may need to be replaced.

Remove the battery from the phone and try to power the phone on when it is connected to the charger. This could mean that the battery no longer works, and needs to be replaced.

The phone’s too slow to use easily

Close out of all unused apps and run one app at a time.

The microphone is not functioning properly

Check if the microphone is being obscured by something on the outside, or by dust buildup on the inside. If there is buildup inside the microphone, you may need to take the phone and/or microphone apart to clean it out.

First make sure that the microphone isn’t muted. If the microphone still doesn’t detect any sound when it isn’t muted, it means that the microphone has failed, and may need replacement.
