What you need

              Open cordless screwdriver               
  • Loosen 4 screws size Torx T10. The screw size is identical for all four screws.

              Detaching the type plate               
  • Loosen the nameplate on the underside and set it aside so that the right housing section can be removed in the next step.

              Open housing               
  • The housing halves now lie loosely on top of each other. Remove the right housing half upwards and set aside.

              Locate battery               

The green battery can be found in the red border.

The battery is labeled with: INR18650-13P SAMSUNG SDI 076

Step 5

              De-Soldering the battery               
  • Heat the cables at both pole ends with a soldering iron and detach them.
  • Please dispose of the battery properly at local disposal points.

Step 6

              Soldering of the new battery               
  • Connect the side of the new battery with the white ring (positive pole +) to the red cable. Solder the blue cable to the other side (without white ring).

To reassemble the device, follow the steps in reverse order
