Step 1

              Ear Cushion               
  • Here is the Bose Tricore OE headset. Slightly worn and a torn left ear cushion
  • To remove an existing ear cushion one would simply be applying a bit of force between the ear pads and the housing. The ear cushion will simply snap off
  • This shows the snaps that attach the ear pad to the case.

Step 2

  • Since the ear cushion was already torn off on this one, simply clean the mating surfaces from all debris left by the old ear cushion
  • All left over foam and adhesive tape needs to be removed. This will ensure a proper fit.
  • Hear is a look at the back of the replacement cushion.

Step 3

  • Position the cushion so that the orientation aligns the two holes with the two pins on the headphones
  • Place the new ear cushion on the headphones ensuring the holes and pins are lined up
  • A simple squeeze on the ear cushion will snap the plastic to the headphones.

  • Good as new and ready to jam!
