Headphones are not connecting to your device, or are continuously losing connection.

Sometimes a simple reset is all a device really needs. Power off your headphones and the device you are using for 10 seconds, then power them both back on and try reconnecting them.

Start off by making sure the USB charging and audio cable are disconnected and unplugged from the headphones. If you are still receiving issues, navigate to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, tablet, or computer and turn off bluetooth for 15 seconds, then turn your Bluetooth on again. If you are still struggling to connect the headphones to your device, go into the Bluetooth settings, delete the headphones from the list of remembered devices, and restart the pairing as if the headphones were a new device.

If none of those work, then your speakers are the problem, and you will need to change out the speakers.

Not all USB cables are made the same, so use the USB charging cable that originally came with the headphones. You can also try other USB cables to see if they work instead, if this is the case then that mean the USB cable you tried at first could be faulty or not provide enough amps to charge the headphones.

Batteries are generally unable to charge in extreme high or low temperatures. Try charging the headphones indoors, at room temperature.
