We have a Bose Wave radio w/remote. This remote is not the one shown here with a screw for the battery compartment. It’s the type w/a sliding holder for the battery on the south end (bottom of the battery). Someone went to replace the battery and shoved the holder in upside down I believe. Consequently the holder will not come out all the way.

There must be a way to get it out without forcing it. There’s a pinch clip you have to either squeeze or move to the left to disengage it from the locked position and free it up. Any ideas as to how to accomplish this? We appreciate a reply back so this would make our Christmas better.

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays! Cheers!
