What you need

Step 1

              Bose Soundlink II Cover Removal               

• Using a 2.5 mm hex wrench, remove the two 13 mm screws from the bottom of the speaker.

• Push up on the back of the cover until it slides up slightly.
• Pull the cover up and away from the speaker backing.

              Battery               

• Using the screwdriver with the T-10 star tip, remove the 6.75 mm. screws marked in red.

Step 4

• Carefully remove the battery by pulling it out of the speaker.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Where i can buy one them battery model?

Just ordered a “Used, in good shape”, and it seems to be, however, it’s the REALLY original model, with the solid flap on the front, that turns into the stand. SN: 054867920870604AE. Guessing this is NOT the “Soundlink II”, but the original model. Instructions that came with it claim battery will last up to 3 hours. JUST IN CASE this battery is shot, was looking into what’s involved to replace it. However, mine being older, wondering if this battery would still fit?
