              Finger Inserts
  • Set up bowling ball, facing you with finger grips up right towards the sky

  • Insert the knife in between the ball and the grip

  • Run knife around the edge of the grip, removing glue that is on the grip

  • Pull finger grip out

  • Scrap extra super glue and finger grip until all the glue is gone

  • Insert the new finger grip into the bowling ball

  • Push down on the grip until it is level on the bowling ball.

  • Peel back the grip with your finger, apply a small drop of super glue within the gap of the finger grip and bowling ball.

  • Apply pressure of the new finger grip, hold for 10 seconds, allowing the super glue to dry.

  • New finger grip is now installed! Now repeat all the previous steps to replace the other finger grip.
