Introduction

Long-term use of an oven hood can cause the quality of parts to deteriorate, in turn causing them not to work as effectively. This is very common and only requires you to replace a few of the worn-out parts, namely the oven hood light and filter.

Prior to starting the guide, make sure that the oven under the hood has been turned off for a significant time to ensure a minimal chance of injury. Never handle hot lightbulbs.

This guide requires little to no technical experience with kitchen appliances, and can all be done by hand.
