              Remove Back Cover               

• Remove the back cover of the device by simultaneously pressing down on the indication arrows on the top center, then pulling toward you.

              Insert Tape Cassette               

• Brother TZ tape is required for this replacement process. We don’t have the tape cassette but you should be able to insert tape cassette into the red marked area as shown in the picture.
• Insert tape cassette into the red marked area as shown in the picture.
• Make sure the cassette snaps into place by applying a small amount of pressure.

So if you’ve replaced the cassette and it still won’t print now what??

This was supposed to help with model PT-450D which looks nothing like this. Please help. I can’t REMOVE / replace the cassette !!! It is STUCK inside the label printer!

I have a PT-1880 model and replaced the cassette, but whenever I type something to label something, the label comes out blank. Can someone help me on this? I’ve been needing help on this for a while now.
