The printer will not respond or show any sign of powering up.

Ensure the power adapter is plugged in and the indicator light is green.

Be sure that the power cord is plugged in to the power adapter and that they are plugged in to a standard power outlet.

There is a malfunction in the printer.

Remove the paper from the paper-handling slot and take up any slack within the ink sheet. Turn the printer’s power off and turn it on again.

The printer might not be connected correctly. Batteries could also be the issue. Overheating of the printer can also cause it to stop printing.

Connect the cable correctly. There will be symbols notifying whether or not the cable is connected properly.

Replace with fully charged, fresh batteries, or plug the camera into a power outlet by using the camera’s optional compact power adapter.

Use a fully charged battery pack or use the printer’s compact power adapter.

Remove and reinsert ink cassette properly.

Printing did not fully finish and is stalled.

Ensure that the cable is correctly connected and did not disconnect during print.

Make sure the correct type of paper is being used and make sure the paper isn’t dirty to get the best quality print.

Use a clean ink sheet and clean paper. Discard dirty paper.

Wait for condensation to evaporate.
