In this guide, you will learn how to replace the battery which is responsible for powering the camera.

Step 1

              Battery               
  • Turn the camera over with the bottom facing toward you.
  • Place your thumb on the compartment labeled “card/batt open” and slide it outward and up, exposing the battery.

Step 2

  • Push out the red latch to release the lock.
  • Remove the battery.
  • Note the battery’s position in the terminal.

Step 3

  • To insert a new battery, push the red latch out.
  • Insert the battery into the terminal, ensuring the positive end marked with a red arrow is facing downward.
